A drive-by shooting leaves man injured
A drive-by shooting in City Heights took place yesterday and resulted in the injury of a 20-year-old man, San Diego police reported.
Sgt. Alan Hayward reports that the man was on his way toward 52nd Street and El Cajon Boulevard around 12:40 a.m. when a light-colored sedan drove by slowly.
A person in the car took out a gun and shot the man, hitting him in the wrist. The incident has been handed over to the gang unit to be looked into.
