Blackouts hit San Diego County Estates this morning in Ramona
Early this morning, there was a malfunction with underground equipment that caused about 1,290 addresses in the North County area to experience a black out this morning, reported San Diego Gas and Electric Co.
The power went out in San Diego Country Estates, a large housing development in southern Ramona, at approximately 1:47 a.m., the utility informed.
Power was brought back to 1,121 addresses by 6:30 a.m. SDG and E expected the power to be brought back once again to the leftover 169 addresses by 11 a.m.
