House fire put out quickly
A fire ignited in the garage of a home located on Aries Road near Carter Place and was extinguished shortly after on Wednesday afternoon, reported Lee Swanson, a spokesman for the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
The fire reached a part of the home inside before it was put out completely, Swanson added.
The fire was called in around 4:10 p.m. and was extinguished about 30 minutes later. No one was reported injured in the incident.
The cause of the fire and the amount of damage it caused were yet to be determined.
