As of Thursday, Chargers defensive tackle Jamal Williams admitted to two charges of traffic violations following an agreement he made after his arrest on Feb. 1.

Williams, 32, was taken into custody under suspicions of driving under the influence of alcohol early Thursday morning on his down state Route 94 located to the east of downtown San Diego. The San Diego City Attorney’s office agreed that Williams was guilty of misdemeanor reckless driving after tests revealed that his blood-alcohol level was 0.07 percent, just falling below the state limit of 0.08.

According to the plea agreement Williams made, he agreed to admit to a lane-change violation and speeding. Williams is required to pay a fine and enroll in an eight-hour traffic safety class.
